Please confirm that your behavioral health coverage is provided through one of our in-network insurances. You can usually do this by logging into your plan website and reviewing your coverages.

*If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, you will pay our assigned self-pay rates at the time of service and we will be happy to electronically submit your claim to your insurance company for you as a courtesy. If you have out-of-network behavioral health benefits, your insurance should reimburse you for a majority of what you have paid for your services. Patients are responsible for confirming benefits, financial responsibility, and reimbursement prior to scheduling.
